Who do we service?
    PCcare will take ANY call from personal residences, local businesses, and civic/government offices.  We will resolve your issues to the best of our ability.  In the event that an issue cannot be resolved or could be resolved by another party (Manufacturer, etc.), we will contact the necessary individuals for you.

Where does the service take place?
     PCcare will make service calls ON site unless under some set of circumstances the computer must be worked on in a repair shop when either scheduals conflict, special tools are needed, or an alternate environment is required (no extra charge).

What are your service rates?
    All service calls will receive free price consultation prior to any work performed.  Rates will vary by severity, difficulty/complexity, and amount of time devoted to correcting the problem.  There will be no extra charge for work done OFF site; however, service calls outside of Oxford city limits will be charged an additional flat rate of $10 for mileage and travel time.  Itemized statements will be provided for each service call and records of service will be maintained to provide effective and efficient service.  As previously stated , if we are not able to fix your problem in a timely or cost effective manner, we will contact the necessary individuals or organizations for you in an effort to resolve your issue.
